We are a full-service digital marketing agency built for digital storytelling, based in Central London. We drive business outcomes via best in class creative, social media, influencer marketing, paid media & everything in between. Some of our clients (from established brands to stellar start-ups) include The Ivy, Brigit’s Bakery, Jamie Oliver, Mitchells & Butlers and Funzing to name a few. We’re looking for a candidate with a strong background in managing Paid Media strategies for clients using a natural approach and best practices.

The successful candidate will have the technical know-how of leading Paid Media strategies from the initial pitch process to the research and implementation phases with a proven track record of success.

We’re looking for a new team member who is passionate about digital, is a team player whilst also being happy to share knowledge within the team in order to help us deliver even better results for our customers.

Role includes:

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist the Digital Director to map out creative campaign strategies
  • Supporting the pitch process for new business
  • Audience research , keyword research, keyword mapping, competitor analysis
  • PPC campaign implementation on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Paid Social Implementation on Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
  • Running A/B tests on campaigns
  • Optimising campaigns to boost performance
  • Create compelling ad copy to improve results for clients
  • Paid Media Audits on clients campaigns
  • Monthly reporting for clients
  • Analysing Google Analytics for new opportunities/problems for clients
  • Share knowledge and new developments within the world of Paid Media

Additional Responsibilities

  • Involvement in Team Projects
  • Where relevant, data administration in Google Drive
  • Creation of company training documents

Key Requirements


  • Google Certified for Advanced Search Campaigns
  • Strong background in developing effective and measurable Adwords and Microsoft Ads campaigns ( Search / Display / Video / Remarketing / Shopping / RLSA)
  • Experienced in delivering effective keyword research
  • Strong understanding of bid management platforms
  • Ability to map out campaign structures and forecast data for customers
  • Experienced in delivering effective keyword research
  • Experience in landing page optimisation and recommendations (a/b testing)
  • Excellent knowledge of PPC best practice
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets

Paid Social

  • Experience in using paid social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Strong background in developing effective and measurable paid social campaigns and strategies
  • Working knowledge of targeting types and audience demographics
  • Ability to outline potential strategies for clients to grow their paid social accounts
  • Experience in landing page optimisation and recommendations (a/b testing)
  • Strong working knowledge of Paid Social best practice


  • Full time, Central London (St. Pauls)
  • True to startup life, days are busy and the hours are long (typically 8am – 6:30pm with flexible hours).
